At Zoologist, we are committed to ensuring your beauty ritual is perfect; if a product does not meet your expectations, you may return it within 30 days of delivery. Please note that for hygiene reasons, items must be in their original, unopened packaging to be eligible for a full refund.

Pack Securely
Place the unused items in their original boxes and secure them in a shipping carton with the provided packing slip to ensure safe transit.
Ship the Package
Affix the prepaid shipping label sent to your email and drop the package off at any authorized carrier location within 7 days of your request.
Receive Refund
Once our quality control team inspects the returned items, your refund will be processed back to your original payment method within 5-7 business days.
